• For Partners: Contact details, bank/UPI information for commission payouts, and identity documents.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used strictly to provide healthcare infrastructure services:

• To enable AI-based triage and patient queue management.
• To help patients navigate to clinics via integrated maps.
• To process partner commissions and verify the authenticity of medical providers.
• To send appointment confirmations via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We never sell your medical or personal data. Data is only shared with:

• Healthcare Providers: Only the specific doctor you book with can see your symptoms and contact info.
• Supabase: Our secure database provider (GDPR & HIPAA compliant infrastructure).
• WhatsApp (Meta): To send you booking confirmations.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data from our platform. Doctors can deactivate their listing at any time. Partners can request account closure subject to pending commission settlements.
