1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CuraBot AI, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

CuraBot AI is a technology infrastructure provider. We are NOT a medical clinic or a healthcare provider.

• We facilitate appointment bookings through AI chat.
• We provide clinic management tools for doctors.
• All medical consultations and diagnosis are the sole responsibility of the respective doctors.

3. Payments & Fees

• Patient Payments: All consultation fees are paid directly to the doctor. CuraBot AI does not hold patient money.
• SaaS Subscription: Providers must pay the monthly subscription fee + 18% GST to keep their dashboard active.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

4. Limitation of Liability

CuraBot AI is not liable for any medical negligence, incorrect diagnosis by providers, or financial disputes between patients and doctors. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for maximum availability.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, provide false medical information, or fail to pay subscription fees.
